The pumping hydraulic system adopts a dual-circuit constant-power open ring hydraulic system. The main cylinder and swing cylinder are driven by two separate pumps. The swing cylinder offers fast and powerful movements. The hydraulically controlled reversing mode ensures more reliable and stable reversing movements for the main pump line.
Concrete Pump system: The maximum capacity of the hopper is up to 800L and the internal walls of the hopper adopt the arched design to eliminate dead spaces for material deposits. Carrying a high wear-resistant plate and ring sufficiently reduced the user's operating costs. The S-tube valve offers low head difference and achieves smoother concrete flow.
Electronic control system: The main electronic control units adopt the originally imported products, featuring simple systems, low unit numbers, and high reliability.
Lubricating system: Central lubrication mode is adopted so that the hydraulically controlled follow-up grease pump guarantees the lubrication effects. They fit all lubrication points of the multi-plate progressive grease distributor with a lockout indicator to facilitate maintenance and checking. In the event of a blockage in any oil line, the other oil lines can still function normally.
