Planetary concrete mixeris equipped with motor, reducer, transmission, mixing tank, slewing bearing, etc. The mixer is specially designed to have a higher mixing speed and a higher mixing uniformity. The mixing blade has higher wear resistance. The concrete mixer is suitable for the production of refractory materials, glass, ceramics and concrete.
The motor and reducer are placed vertically, easy to maintain and clean. If necessary, flexible couplings and hydraulic couplings can be provided, which can protect the transmission from damage caused by overload.
The planetary gearbox achieves a powerful stirring motion with a complex motion trajectory. Therefore, the planetary concrete mixer has the characteristics that the compulsory mixer does not. It can mix very high-grade concrete, shorter mixing time, lower friction loss and mixing uniformity. The mixed material will not directly contact the transmission mechanism, thus eliminating the problems of wear and leakage.

There is a viewing port on the access door for the operators to observe and verify if mixing is properly done without interrupting power supply. This large-size access door leads to easy maintenance and cleaning. We also provide pneumatically or hydraulically controlled discharge door according to customer requirements. Three discharging doors of countercurrent concrete mixer can be opened at the same time. In addition, special sealing device is installed on the discharging door to ensure firm sealing and reliable control.
The spray pipe is equipped with a specially designed spray nozzle to ensure vaporific spraying and large coverage, which further lead to more evenly mixing. High-pressure cleaning device and moisture content meter are also optional.
