The cold climate and environmental conditions pose a severe challenge to the use of our concrete mixing plant products. How does concrete batching plant use in the winter? Instructions for the Pneumatic System
Condensate discharge: Condensate discharging involves the entire pneumatic system, air compressors, gas tanks, piping systems, air filters and automatic drains. At the end of the operation, the condensate should be drained away to prevent the below zero temperature at night causing the condensate to freeze. As the temperature in the pipeline drops at night, condensate will be further precipitated. Therefore, the pneumatic device should also drain the condensate before daily operation.
Instructions for the Water Supply System
The pump needs to be regularly lubricated as required. In winter, it is necessary to ensure the normal flow of water in the pipe. If the water pump freezes jams the blades and causes the motor to block, please turn off the pump power immediately, and pour the pump casing with hot water to melt the ice until the motor shaft can rotate freely. Do not open the water pump forcibly to avoid damage to the components.
Normally, operating temperature of concrete batching plant is -1 to 40 degree. For region climate outside of this degree range, we are able to customize your product to adapt to cold weather.
